Firefox 16 Now Available For Android, Linux, Mac And Windows


Wednesday, October 10, 2012 Mozilla has long been talking about releasing its Firefox browser for Android devices. The same has finally happened. The company has announced the release of Firefox 16 for Android devices along with Linux, Mac and Windows. The Android version comes with multiple new changes as well as a number of critical bug fixes.

According to the company, Firefox for Android now includes a reader mode, which is stripped down and distraction free version of a webpage. The update also includes a new Share menu that will allow users to send tabs to desktop/mobile devices through the “Firefox Sync” option.
