With just three days to go until the unveiling for the Galaxy S4,
Samsung fans will have to decide if they would want to go ahead and
purchase the latest flagship handset, or if the hardware is not for them
and would rather wait a few more months until the Note 3 sees its
debut.
The launch event for the Galaxy S4 is taking place in New York this
year and Samsung fans seem optimistic that they will get to learn about
the US version, along with which carriers will carry the device. Last
year the Unpacked event took place in London, and saw the S3 being
launched in the UK first, so it is the understanding that the US will
either get their hands on the S4 before the UK and the rest of Europe or
at the same time.
Samsung devotees have been getting rather excited when looking over some of the latest predictions in regards to the Galaxy S4. Having already discussed this smartphone on several occasions, such as its display, processor
and other specs, we have to wonder whom out of all the US carriers will
launch theirs first, and if potential customers will be put off by
Verizon’s usual over the top branding.
Previous Unpacked events have also seen the Galaxy Note range
mentioned, so there is also the possibility that the Note 3 could be
shown at the event. If this were the case in a few days then Samsung
will be in a very strong position, although they have already made huge
strides over the past year.
Those of you waiting in anticipation for the release of the Galaxy
Note 3 will not only be wondering what kind of performance bump there
will be, but also how much larger the display will be.
However, some owners of the current model will be happy to stick with
the current size, although a slight increase would make it far more
appealing when compared to the Galaxy S4, as this is also expected to
see a boost in display size.
Like the current models, users will need to take several factors into
consideration with the Galaxy S4 and Note 3. If you use a handset more
for making calls, and browsing the web then the former would be the
better choice. Then again, if you make calls, but also find yourself
needing to use your handset for sending emails, editing images and also
playing games then the latter would have to be the better choice.
On March 14, 2013 some of your questions will be answered, only then
will you be able to make your choice between the two, but that’s only if
the new phablet is mentioned.
