Samsung
is not leaving any stone unturned to be the king of the smartphone
market. The smartphone maker has now introduced its first ICS smartphone
with QWERTY keyboard called Galaxy Chat. Galaxy Chat features 7.6-cm
(3-inch) display along with 2 MP camera. The device will be first
available in Spain by this month followed by the rest of the parts of
the world including nations in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and
South Asia.
As
mentioned earlier, the smartphone features a physical QWERTY keyboard
with QVGA touchscreen. According to a statement from the company, "With
the GALAXY Chat, keeping up with your social life is easy and fun.
Preloaded on the phone with its own dedicated launch key, Samsung's
ChatON communication service connects you and users from any phone
platform into a single community, enabling spontaneous group chatting
and messaging-whether with text, animations or images-in seconds. Email
is easy to use and manage thanks to predictive search capabilities, a
more visual action bar for seamless navigation, and the ability to nest
mail folders for quicker access and convenience. Whatever your data
demands-whether browsing, emailing or connecting socially-the GALAXY
Chat also provides convenient settings that allow you to easily monitor
and control data usage from month to month."
Other
specs of the phone include Bluetooth 3.0, microSD card slot, 1200mAh
battery and dedicated key to launch Samsung's ChatOn messenger.
